Role Responsibilities
- Approach 100 150+ people daily
- Drive Paytm app installs on the spot
- Push first UPI transaction immediately
- Run daily on-ground activations (markets, shops, high footfall areas)
- Handle objections and close users in
- Coordinate with merchants for activation support
Must-Have Traits
- High energy, aggressive communicator
- Strong closure mindset (not just pitching)
- Comfortable with rejection and volume hustle
- Street-smart, adaptable
- Fluent in Kannada + Hindi (for bangalore) & Telugu + Hindi (for Hyderabad)
Success Metrics
- Daily installs
- First transactions (activation rate)
