Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Source and acquire customers for gold loan products through field sales.
Generate leads via market visits, referrals, and local sourcing activities.
Explain product features, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets.
Ensure proper KYC, gold valuation coordination, and documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local influencers.
Monitor market trends and competitor offerings in the region.

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidate with minimum 6 months of sales experience from Banking & Financial Services.
Gold Loan background preferred.
