Job Description:

Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals using job portals, social media, and networking channels, Should have experience in C2H.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation, onboarding, and documentation.
Maintain recruitment metrics, talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Note: Candidates who are less than 3+ Years of work experience, expecting more than 6 LPA and candidates with operation/Admin profiles will not be consider, Only Sourcing Recruiters are preferred.

Direct Walk-in on 16th Jan'26 & 19th Jan'26 , Timing 10:00 am to 3:00 PM
