Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented HR Intern with a passion for Talent Acquisition. This role is designed for someone who wants to understand the full lifecycle of recruitment in a fast-paced, global technology environment. You will work closely with our recruitment team to identify, engage, and hire top-tier engineering talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, etc.) to identify potential candidates for niche technical roles.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication skills, cultural fit, and basic technical alignment.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across different time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.
- Database Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
