Digital Marketing Specialist Performance Marketing
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 56 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. The role will focus on driving qualified leads, traffic, brand awareness, and demand generation through paid digital channels, supported by strong analytics and continuous optimisation.
You will work closely with internal teams and partners to plan, execute, and optimise multi-platform campaigns across the full marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Amazon Ads
- Execute awareness, reach, consideration, and lead-generation campaigns aligned to business objectives
- Own media planning, audience targeting, budget allocation, and pacing across platforms
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor and optimise key metrics such as CPL, lead quality, CTR, reach, frequency, conversions, and ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, landing pages, and formats
- Ensure efficient budget utilisation with a strong focus on performance outcomes
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse campaign performance using GA4 and platform dashboards
- Share actionable insights and optimisation recommendations through regular reports
- Work with tracking frameworks including pixels, events, UTM structures, and basic CRM integrations
Cross-Channel Alignment
- Align paid media initiatives with SEO and organic search strategies
- Collaborate with creative, content, and tech teams to ensure campaign readiness and consistency
Requirements
- 56 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (LinkedIn Ads preferred)
- Proven experience in media planning, analytics, and optimisation (GA4)
- Understanding of lead-generation funnels and high-consideration categories
- Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with CRM systems or marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with offline conversion tracking and lead quality feedback loops
- Google Ads and Meta certifications
- Exposure to programmatic or marketplace advertising
Preference will be given to candidates having work experience in real estate field.
