Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Location: Gurugram
CTC Offered: 9 LPA 11 LPA
Role Type: Individual Contributor

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Analyst who will manage HR data, prepare reports and dashboards, create leadership presentations, and support Rewards & Recognition (R&R) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HR data, MIS, and periodic reports
  
• Design and develop HR dashboards and analytics
  
• Prepare PPTs for leadership and HR reviews
  
• Support Rewards & Recognition (R&R) initiatives
  
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
  
• Work closely with HR stakeholders
  

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  
• Experience in HR MIS, dashboards, and reporting
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills
  
• Prior HR Analyst / HR MIS experience preferred
