Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Lead the hotel and property acquisition process from identification to final closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, developers, and investors.
  • Develop and implement strategic expansion plans aligned with the companys growth objectives. commercial terms
  • Conduct feasibility studies and commercial evaluations for new projects. Negotiate and finalize management contracts, revenue share agreements, .
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Finance, Legal, Projects, and Operations for smooth property onboarding.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor developments to identify potential opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry forums and networking events to enhance brand presence.

Requirements:


Minimum 7+ years of experience in the hotel industry, specializing in

business development, property acquisition, or expansion.

Proven track record in closing high-value deals and driving business

growth.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management

skills.
