Job Description
Profile : IT Recruiter Role (Female candidates only)
Location : Remote (Permanent WFH)
Experience : 3-6 yrs
- Candidate should have 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitement.
- Conduct full life-cycle recruitment activities
- Good knowledge in Senior level hiring.
- Candidate having good knowledge in Recruitment in IT Skills, Good Sourcing as well Experience in C2H (contract to hire)
- For this position we need a proactive and aggressive candidate, who is target oriented.
- Ensure a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals across diverse technologies and domains.
- Proven success in managing high-volume and niche hiring across multiple tech stacks.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to management.
- Team handling and Client handling experience would be a plus point.
- Should be having deep knowledge experience in Niche IT SKILLS, SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud technology, ERP, Full Stack Developer, Java, C++, Dot Net, Devop and many more.
- Must have 3 years plus experience in C2H.
- Good knowledge of Job Portal, Screening, Mass Mailing, Job Posting, Sourcing and End to End Recruitment.
- Good Communication Skills
- Must have Laptop & WIFI connection.
- Immediate Joiner preferred.
- Good Closure in C2H Hiring per month with maximum package
- Candidate should have working experience with Accenture, IBM, Wipro, LnT, etc for contractual roles would be a plus point.
