Job Description

Hiring for Desktop Support Engineer for Mumbai Bandra BKC location

Salary - 3LPA to 3.25LPA

Immediate Joiner or 15 days.

Qualification- Any Graduate/Dip in Hardware networking

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and common enterprise applications
Handle Active Directory tasks (user creation, password reset, group policy basics)
Support email issues (Outlook / O365 / Exchange basics)
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, etc.)
Configure and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity
Coordinate with L3/Network teams for escalated issues
Perform OS installation, system imaging, and software deployment
Provide remote and on-site support to users
Maintain incident, service request, and asset documentation
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
