Job Description

Hiring for Phone Banking Officer (On Bank Payroll )

Role Overview:
* Handle Inbound customer calls professionally.
* Generate leads and inform customers about new banking products and services.

Eligibility:
* Graduate Freshers (2025 pass-outs) with all 6 Sem Results can apply.
* Age limit: Up to 28 Years
* Need Hindi and English

Compensation:
* Minimum: Up to 3 LPA (for Freshers)
* Maximum: Up to 4.5 LPA (for Experienced candidates)
* Weekoffs - 6 rotational weekoff on a month.

Shift Details:
* Females: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
* Males: Any 9-hour shift (24/7 rotational)
