Job Description: Policy Bazaar is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager. The role involves field sales, client interaction, and driving insurance product sales across assigned locations. Key

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers for various insurance products.
• Conduct field visits to explain product features and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term engagement.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with consistent performance.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of sales activities.

Requirements:

• Male candidates only
• Must be fluent in the regional language (Tamil).
• Must possess a valid driving licence and own a two-wheeler.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
