Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Freshers Graduates / Post Graduates who are interested in building a career in Field Sales and Motor Insurance. The role involves working closely with agency partners/agents to promote and sell motor insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and build relationships with agency partners (agents / advisors / channel partners)
Train and support agency partners in selling life insurance plans
Help partners in client meetings and closing sales
Achieve monthly business targets through the agency channel
Maintain regular follow-up and provide after-sales support.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: As per company norms.
