Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Agency Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Requirements:

• 0 - 1 year of experience in sales (Freshers with strong interest in sales can also apply)
• Graduation is mandatory
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented

Additional Preference:

• Immediate joiners will be given priority

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage agency channels
• Acquire new agents and maintain relationships
• Drive sales targets and ensure business growth
• Provide support and guidance to agents
