Designation : Sales Manager-Motor AgencyCTC : Up to 5.50 LPA Location: Vadodara

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of existing agents to achieve assigned sales budget and expand the customer base.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for agent recruitment, training, and development.
• Oversee daily operations of the retail agency, ensuring efficient use of resources and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive general insurance landscape.

Desired Candidate profile :

• Any Graduate
• Min. 1 year of experience in Agency Channel in Insurance
• Experience in GI industry in preferred
• Male /Female will do
• Good Communication Skills
