Job Description
We're looking out for a Recruiter on Contract (Technology Hiring), based at our Pune office.
We at Cornerstone are seeking an experienced Recruiter on Contract to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring top-tier talent for roles such as Java/.NET Full Stack Engineers, SDETs, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers etc. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent in the industry to support our growing needs.
In this role you will
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Identify potential candidates using intricate Boolean searches, research, LinkedIn, user groups, referrals, networking, web sourcing, and management of external submissions.
- Collaborate with Engineering leaders to understand their hiring needs and team goals.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates, fully source their histories, and build recruiting plans to bring top talent onboard.
- Call, screen and qualify candidates and assist them through the recruitment process. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout entire recruitment process.
- Manage onsite candidate interview experiences.
- Drive offer process - including compensation recommendations, extending offers and closing candidates.
- Educate/train hiring managers on recruiting processes, use of recruiting software systems, hiring manager responsibilities and current market trends/realities.
- Document all recruiting related activities in the Applicant Tracking System.
You have got what it takes if you have
- Experience: Minimum 4-9 years of experience in technology recruitment, specifically for roles such as Java/.NET Full Stack Engineers, SDETs, DevOps Engineers and Cloud Engineers.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract top talent.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve recruitment challenges creatively.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Extra dose of awesome if you have...
- Experience in recruiting in the IT services/SaaS or technology consulting industry.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
