Job Description
What you will drive?
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support in employer branding initiatives (e.g., social media posts, job fairs, content creation)
- Conduct market research on talent trends and salary benchmarks
- Help with onboarding processes and documentation for new hires
- Assist the TA team in other HR-related projects as needed
What we are looking for?
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a team environment
