Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationSummary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in brainstorming sessions to innovate solutions and ensure that the applications align with business objectives, while also participating in testing and validation processes to guarantee quality and performance standards are met. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing user experience and driving application efficiency through thoughtful design and implementation.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in application design.

Collaborate with stakeholders to refine application requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Professional Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Development.

Experience with Apex programming and Salesforce APIs.

Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
