Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interacting with candidates across different domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking sheets
- Support the HR team in daily recruitment and onboarding activities
- Learn and support recruitment for US Staffing / IT / Non-IT roles (as applicable)
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a professional candidate experience
Requirements
- Any graduate or pursuing final year (2024/2025 batch preferable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn fast and handle multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of recruitment process is a plus
- Positive attitude, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
