Job Description

*** We are looking candidates for Oracle SOA 12C Suite support role who can join us immediately at our Bangalore Office***

Exp : 3.6-7 Years

Shift : 24/7 (Rotational Shifts)

Role & responsibilities

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite 12c
• Experience primarily on the development (coding) side, not administration
• Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution across SOA components
• Strong technical knowledge in Oracle 12c SOA Suite and ODI .
• Good knowledge in Unix, Shell Scripting, Complex SQL, Excel chart preparation and PPT creation.
• Good communication skill. Should be flexible in working in 24/7 working shift.
• Should have prior exposure in working support project.
• Should have basic understanding of Incident management, problem management, change management.
• Experience in tools like Service Now is an added advantage
