Job Description
Job Purpose:
The role will focus on building end-to-end solutions addressing the needs of importers and exporters, ensuring seamless, secure and efficient cross-border transactions. To collaborate closely with technology, product, compliance, operations and partnership teams to translate business requirements into robust solutions aligned with regulatory frameworks and market needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and development of cross-border Payment Aggregator (PA) solutions for import and export use cases, aligned to market needs.
- Define product architecture, customer journeys, transaction workflows across the end to end lifecycle.
- Own end-to-end product delivery from ideation to launch, ensuring speed, quality and business impact with joint working across key stakeholders like business, product, operations, etc.
- Drive execution by managing milestones, timelines across the solution development Lifecyle covering development, UAT, pilot programs and production rollouts to ensure readiness and stability.
- Ensure solutions comply with RBI guidelines applicable including Payment Aggregators and Cross-Border transactions, FEMA, etc.
- Collaborate with enabling & control functions to ensure the product & solution approvals are in place including compliance, CIC, Audit, ISG, etc.
- Build and strengthen the partner ecosystem to accelerate PA CB business growth and market penetration.
- Coordinate with Operations teams primarily across Trade Ops, Vosto Ops, in efficiently handling trade transaction processing and customer onboarding processes.
Key skills:
- Exposure to fintech ecosystem and payment technologies
- Familiarity with APIs, payment gateways, and system integrations
- Understanding of reconciliation, settlement flows, and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Experience required:
- 812 years of experience in banking, payments, or fintech
- Experience in cross-border payments, trade finance or payment aggregator business preferred.
