Job Description

Job Summary: The Domestic Sourcer is responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates within the domestic job market to meet the hiring needs of the organization.
This role involves utilizing various sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline, managing the initial stages of the recruitment process, and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Engage with passive candidates and develop strategies to attract top talent.
Screening and Qualification: Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Present shortlisted candidates to recruiters and hiring managers for further evaluation.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide insights on candidate availability and market trends.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment with hiring goals and timelines.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Generate reports and metrics on sourcing effectiveness and candidate pipeline status.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and initial screening process.
Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment, preferably within a domestic market.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills: Experience with Boolean search techniques and other advanced sourcing methods.
Familiarity with various industries and job roles.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform sourcing strategies.
