Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, C2C, and full-time positions
Source, screen, and submit profiles for US IT technologies (Oracle, Workday, Java, QA, DevOps, etc. )
Work with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients
Strong experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
Manage candidate pipeline, interview coordination, and follow-ups
Negotiate rates, offers, and closures with candidates and vendors
Ensure no duplicate submissions and maintain compliance
Update ATS and recruitment trackers regularly
5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing
Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience working in US time zones
Knowledge of visa types (H1B, GC, USC, EAD)
Experience with direct clients
Strong vendor management skills
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Immediate joiners preferred
Bachelor s degree or equivalent
