Job Description:
- Handle end to end Talent Acquisition Operations (Expats)- Prepare and share the offer letter /Joining bonus/Letter of intent to candidate
- Manage pre joining formalities and take care of travel and immigration process for Expat joiners.
- Manage onboarding and partner with the TA team to ensure compliances and documentations are met per the defined process
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth onboarding and induction program, facilitate training, manage buddy program, drive new joiner survey
- Manage HRIS and ensure all Employee data are maintained upto date
- Processing invoices payment, archiving invoice data, and handling multiple client accounts
- Updating, renewing, and cancelling vendor contracts whenever needed
- Maintaining and updating all vendor documentation
- Serving as a first time HR point of contact for all Employees and manager enquiries
- Publishing dashboard - MIS, metrics related to AP & GL to Senior Management
- Execute the HR Ops process and programs by liaising with COEs in alignment with regional compliances and corporate directions
Profile Description:
- 1-2 Years of experience should be preferable in HR generalist role who has handled end to end HR functions
- Interpersonal skills, sound judgement, prioritizing tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Influencing people and developing relationships
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Effective interpersonal & communications skills
- Ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge in SAP and Successfactors will be considered as an advantage
