Experience: 18 to 20 Years.
Role Description:
Manage the PL of the client account, Building and maintaining relationships with the client leadership and establish as the first point of contact for clients to seek advice, identifying the new business opportunities Upsell, Cross sell and renew, Providing strategic guidance to the client and help them make right decisions, Mange the quality delivery for client, Managing projects to ensure delivery to promise and improve client satisfaction on a regular basis, Work with sales and wider teams to grow the account year on Year.
Responsibilities:
A senior executive in a consulting business who is responsible for managing relationships with key clients
Effectively build and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs and goals, communicating effectively, and ensuring delivery to meet/exceed their expectations.
Identifying new business opportunities with existing and supporting potential clients, performing market research, analysing industry trends, and developing proposals and pitches to win new business.
Managing consulting engagements with clients. Ensure the team is delivering high-quality Work, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring that the client is satisfied.
Providing thought leadership and industry expertise to clients by sharing insights and best practices, conducting research, and helping clients to stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies.
Managing resources to ensure that the needs of clients are met and collaborating with COEs to ensure the right people are assigned to engagements.
Ensuring profitability by managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that Work is being done efficiently.
