Job Description

• Provides overall executive leadership for the PACS migration and implementation program, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals and client objectives

Key Responsibilities:

• - Define and oversee program strategy, governance, and delivery for multi-ministry PACS migration
• - Manage program budget, resourcing, and contractual obligations
• - Act as the senior escalation point with client executives and vendors
• - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, security policies, and contractual commitments
• - Drive executive communications, steering committee updates, and risk management

Experience & Skills:

• - 15+ years in program leadership for large-scale healthcare IT transformations
• - Proven track record in multi-site PACS/VNA implementations
• - Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and financial management skills
• - PMP or PgMP certification preferred
