Job Title:Client Delivery Lead - Director Level
Experience: 15+ Years
Role Overview: The Client Delivery Lead at Director level will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery for strategic client engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires deep expertise in Azure Cloud, Databricks, Big Data, ETL, AI tools, and a strong understanding of the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will combine technical leadership with client management skills to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: - Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Delivery Leadership:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects across cloud, data, and AI platforms.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Drive governance, risk management, and compliance for healthcare projects.
- Technical Expertise:
- Lead solution design and architecture leveraging Azure Cloud, Databricks, and Big Data technologies.
- Guide teams on ETL processes, data pipelines, and AI/ML tools for advanced analytics.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of solutions.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentor and manage cross-functional teams including data engineers, cloud architects, and analysts.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Apply deep understanding of healthcare regulations, data privacy (HIPAA), and interoperability standards.
- Deliver solutions aligned with healthcare industry best practices.
- 15+ years of experience in IT delivery leadership roles.
- Proven track record in client management and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Strong expertise in Azure Cloud, Databricks, Big Data ecosystems, and ETL tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and advanced analytics.
- Solid understanding of healthcare domain, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage large-scale programs and distributed teams.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Databricks Certified Professional
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Healthcare IT certifications (e.g., CPHIMS)
