Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.
