Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with 9 to 11 years of experience in SAP Fin VIM ICC Configuration and Integration SAP Finance VIM and OpenText VIM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these technologies and a good understanding of merchandising and multi-channel domains. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Fin VIM ICC Configuration and Integration solutions to enhance business processes.
- Oversee the integration of SAP Finance VIM and OpenText VIM systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for configuring and optimizing VIM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes to support ongoing operations.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all system implementations.
- Support end-users by providing training and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance system capabilities and improve user experience.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of system solutions with business objectives.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in SAP Fin VIM ICC Configuration and Integration.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP Finance VIM and OpenText VIM.
- Have a good understanding of merchandising and multi-channel domains.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show proficiency in documenting system configurations and processes.
- Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Be adept at training and supporting end-users.
