SAP - SucessFactor - Compensation & Benefits Professional @ CGI

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors professional with expertise in Compensation Benefits to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP systems and experience working with CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design, implement, and manage SAP SuccessFactors solutions for clients.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.


• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP SuccessFactors modules.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors implementations.


• Develop and maintain documentation of SAP SuccessFactors configurations and processes.


• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other systems.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Compensation Benefits.


• Experience working with CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants is preferred.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business problems.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.


• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in HR operations and management.
