Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations
• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and GitHub for candidate sourcing
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
• Negotiate offers and close candidates while ensuring compliance with US labor laws
• Maintain and update ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva)
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Stay updated on US market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies
