Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
Shift: Day Shift
Salary: Up to 25,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Role & Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for BPO / Non-BPO / Corporate roles
Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
Coordinating interviews with clients and internal teams
Maintaining candidate database and follow-ups
Handling walk-ins and bulk hiring
Closing positions within timelines

Requirements:

6 months 2 years of recruitment experience (Freshers can also apply)
Good communication skills
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) preferred
Target-oriented and proactive attitude
