Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of content moderators to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain high-quality standards.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies for attrition control, shrinkage management, and KPI monitoring.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and improve overall BPO operations efficiency.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to content moderation.
  
• Analyze performance metrics such as SLA achievement, quality scores, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-12 years of experience in BPO industry with expertise in Content Moderation/Content Review/Content Management.
  
• Strong understanding of Escalation Management principles and practices.
  
• Excellent Team Leadership/Team Management skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
  
• Proficiency in Attrition Control/Attrition Management techniques using various tools like X-Ray Analytics etc.
