Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr Technical Lead-Cybersecurity to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and technical leadership, with 5-10 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility - Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
- Lead the development of technical solutions to enhance security posture and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on cybersecurity best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity to continuously improve our defenses.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including threat modeling and risk management.
- Experience with security frameworks and compliance regulations, such as ISO 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.
