Job Description
- Core Competencies: Microsoft D365/AX Development | D365 Product Knowledge | Programming Skills | Full Life Cycle Implementation | AX to D365 Migration | Third-Party Integration | Performance and Code Optimization.
- Preferred Competencies: Power Apps/Power BI | Azure DevOps | VSTS Object Process | DMF | MS Flow/Logic Apps | CDS 2.0 | D365 Native Workflow Development/Configuration | LCS | Workspace Development | D365 OData and Custom Services | Office Integration with D365 F&O.
- You'll need a bachelordegree in engineering, MCA, or any relevant field. Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft D365/AX and know the product inside and out. Strong programming skills are key for customizing and developing D365 solutions. If youve worked on implementation projects before, thatgreatideally with 2-3 full life cycle implementations. Good communication skills, both written and spoken, are a must for smooth collaboration.
- Experience in moving from AX to D365 is a bonus! Being able to integrate with third-party apps and optimizing performance is a plus. Extra skills like Power Apps/Power BI, Azure DevOps, MS Flow/Logic Apps, and D365-related tools are nice to have but not required.
- Implement and customize Microsoft D365 solutions based on client needs, focusing on both technical and functional aspects. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with technical solutions. Configure, develop, and maintain D365 modules, including Sales, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Service.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during implementation and after go-live.
- Write and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and technical specifications. Support data migration activities, ensuring accurate and efficient data transfer to D365. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of D365 solutions.
- Participate in project planning, delivery, and post-implementation support, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Gain hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft D365 solutions, enhancing technical skills. Develop strong collaboration abilities by working closely with business analysts and stakeholders.
- Improve problem-solving and troubleshooting skills through real-world issue resolution during implementation.
- Build expertise in writing technical documentation and supporting end-users with training and guidance. Expand knowledge in data migration, project planning, and post-implementation support, broadening project management experience.
