5. Key Responsibilities -

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS Manufacturing functional engagements, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing.
Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, guiding them on best practices and EBS capabilities.
Own and deliver key modules such as:
o Work in Process (WIP)
o Bills of Material (BOM)
o Engineering (ENG)
o Inventory (INV)
o Routing & Resources
o Costing
o Quality
Design and architect manufacturing solutions aligned with business requirements and integrated processes.
Prepare and review functional documents (MD050), solution specs, and UAT scenarios.
Collaborate closely with technical teams validate MD070, ensure accuracy of RICE components, and support SIT/UAT cycles.
Provide advanced troubleshooting, RCA, and resolution for production issues across manufacturing flows.
Drive enhancements, patch assessments, regressions, and EBS upgrade activities.
Mentor junior functional consultants and support team members as needed.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Planning, Costing, Finance) to ensure seamless integrations.
Lead user training, CRP workshops, and stakeholder presentations. Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant in Manufacturing modules.
Strong expertise in EBS R12 Manufacturing including BOM, WIP, Routing, Resources, Inventory, and Engineering.
Deep understanding of Discrete Manufacturing processes, shop floor operations, and material flow.
Proven experience working as a module lead or functional lead.
Ability to drive business discussions, solution design workshops, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Strong experience writing functional specifications (MD050) and coordinating with technical teams.
Good understanding of integration points with SCM (Purchasing, Inventory), Planning (MRP/ASCP), and Finance (Costing, GL).
Strong problem-solving skills with experience in production support and issue triage.
Excellent communication skills with experience interacting with global business teams and IT leadership.
