Job Description

TCS is hiring Workday Integration Consultants with strong handson experience in designing, developing, and supporting integrations within the Workday ecosystem. The role involves building inbound and outbound integrations for Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and related modules while collaborating closely with functional, technical, and business stakeholders.

Inbound and outbound integration design

Integrations for HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and other Workday modules

Filebased, APIbased, and middleware integrations

Data transformations, error handling, and reconciliation

Monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

Strong understanding of Workday security for integrations

Workday Integration Certification (Preferred / Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB

Implement inbound and outbound integrations for HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials (as applicable)

Develop and support integrations using PECI, PICOF, and WECI

Build and consume Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP)

Perform testing, deployment, and production support activities

Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy

Collaborate with Workday Functional, HR, Payroll, and IT teams

Prepare technical documentation, integration designs, and operational guides

Support enhancements, releases, and postproduction fixes
