About the Role:
We are hiring a Travel Sales Executive proficient in French & Portuguese to handle inbound/outbound travel sales, assist French/Portuguese-speaking customers, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound/outbound calls from French/Portuguese-speaking customers.
Understand travel requirements and offer suitable flight, hotel, and package options.
Convert leads into successful sales and meet monthly targets.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams for booking confirmations.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Upsell add-on services (insurance, seat selection, hotel upgrades, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in French/Portuguese language (spoken & written).
13 years of relevant experience in travel sales / international travel process.
Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) preferred.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiner preferred.
