Job Description

• Greet customers and understand their Jewellery requirements
• Assist customers in selecting suitable Jewellery designs
• Explain product features, pricing, purity, and certification details
• Maintain attractive product displays as per showroom standards
• Prepare accurate billing and invoices using POS systems
• Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer queries
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat visits
• Follow company policies, safety, and security procedures
• Adhere to grooming and professional conduct standards
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Support team members during peak business hours
