Senior Retail Sales Executive @ Berger Paints

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Berger Paints India Ltd, specifically in the British Paints Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.


• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.


• Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize sales performance.


• Identify and pursue new business leads through networking and other channels.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales with a minimum of 2 years of experience.


• Strong knowledge of the paints and coatings industry.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
