Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive Retail Branch Banking
Employment Type: Contractual (Banks Role)
Location: Entire Punjab
Reports To: Branch Manager
Job Purpose:
This is an entry-level sales role focused on acquiring new customers for retail banking products and services. The Business Development Executive will work on generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell retail banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, and Credit Cards.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Meet potential customers, explain product features, and assist in account opening.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with KYC norms and bank policies during onboarding.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 4 year of sales experience preferred.
Salary Structure:
- Fixed Salary: 15,000 20,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives.
Career Progression:
- High performers may be considered for permanent roles within the bank after successful completion of the contract period.
