Role Overview


We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager Contract Staffing with 10+ years of strong staffing experience, including end-to-end contract staffing operations, team leadership, and client handling. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in scaling teams, managing high-volume hiring, and driving revenue-focused staffing solutions.


Key Responsibilities


Team Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters focused on contract staffing.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment delivery across IT / Non-IT / BFSI / Engineering / Manufacturing (as applicable).
  • Set hiring targets, monitor performance metrics (TAT, closure ratio, fulfillment), and ensure SLA adherence.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a primary SPOC for enterprise and mid-size clients.
  • Understand client workforce requirements and deliver customized contract staffing solutions.
  • Manage escalations, client expectations, and long-term relationships.

Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee onboarding, documentation, background verification, and compliance processes.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll coordination.
  • Coordinate with HR, payroll, and operations teams for seamless contractor management.

Business Support & Growth

  • Support business development teams with market intelligence and talent insights.
  • Contribute to proposal preparation, RFP responses, and rate card negotiations.
  • Drive process improvements and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment with strong focus on contract staffing.
  • Proven experience managing large recruitment teams and high-volume hiring.
  • Strong exposure to client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, recruitment metrics, and vendor management.
  • Solid understanding of staffing compliance, payroll coordination, and labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
