AGM - Recruitment & Operations - Overseas Hiring (Oil & Gas)
Location : Dombivali (Thane)
Experience:
10- 15+ years in Overseas Recruitment & Manpower Operations
(Mandatory experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Petrochemical projects)
Job Purpose
To lead and manage end-to-end overseas recruitment and operations for Oil & Gas projects, ensuring timely mobilization, statutory compliance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction across international locations.
Key Responsibilities
OverSEAS Recruitment Management
- Head end-to-end overseas recruitment for Oil & Gas, EPC, Refinery, Petrochemical & Shutdown projects.
- Coordinate manpower sourcing for skilled, semi-skilled & professional categories (Engineers, Technicians, Supervisors, Welders, Fabricators, etc.).
- Develop strong sourcing channels: job portals, consultants, trade testing centers, referrals & bulk drives.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, trade tests, medical coordination, and final selection.
- Ensure adherence to client specifications, project timelines, and manpower quality standards.
Operations & Mobilization
- Manage end-to-end mobilization including documentation, visa processing, medicals, emigration, ticketing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with embassies, medical centers, airlines, and immigration authorities.
- Oversee visa quota utilization, offer rollouts, deployment schedules, and replacements.
- Maintain strong control on TAT, cost, and mobilization efficiency.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as single point of contact for overseas clients, project managers, and site HR.
- Understand manpower forecasts, project ramp-ups, and demobilization plans.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through timely delivery and compliance.
- Participate in client meetings, audits, and operational reviews.
