Job Description

360 degree recruitment - Both IT & Non-IT
Candidate screening, cold calling and sharing strong profiles for open positions with clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for team and yourself
Coordination with clients
Build & mentor the team
BD

Required Candidate profile

Should have excellent communication skills
Should have worked with a good recruitment agency preferably in both IT & Non-IT recruitment
Should be target oriented and be happy to work with a small firm
