Lead Process Engineer with Maersk @ Newbie Soft Solutions

Job Description

• Design high quality E2E pocesses to support operational excellence and execution.
• Identify and reduce unnecessary complexity in the L3-L5 processes by simplification, standardisation, as well as promote d gitilisation opportunities for platforms
• Validate feasibility, efficiency and executablity of design based on Functional Product Owners definition
• Support the mapping of L4 processes in ARIS, and L5 where applicable. Create versions and ensure current version is always published (also for use in the BRD)
• Identify risks and controls, address key stakeholders and embed the controls into the process design
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and evaluate options with functional product owners
• Identify unclear inputs and outputs of each process block and work with the key stakeholders to mitigate
• Develop and maintain process related documents using standard templates where applicable
• Lead process design workshops to support the functional product owners and ensure clear outcomes
• Ensure processes are compliant with company and industry standards and consider E2E impact for both up-and downstream processes
• Monitor and guide FPOs for all process governance related topics.
