Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and voice process roles from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work on bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, campus hiring, and employee referrals to meet large-scale hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop hiring plans accordingly.
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews for relevant candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit in terms of communication, attitude, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for interview feedback, selection, salary negotiation, and offer rollout.
- Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with internal teams like IT, Admin, and Training.
- Maintain and update daily MIS reports and recruitment trackers.
- Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets and SLAs with a strong focus on TAT and quality of hires.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and create talent pools for future requirements.
- Stay updated with industry hiring trends and provide insights for improving hiring efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on bulk hiring.
- Proven experience in Sales and BPO/Voice Process recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking systems.
