Inside Sales Executive India Geography


Department: Corporate Marketing & Demand Generation
Reporting to: Head of Sales
Location:Navi Mumbai (Work From Office)


Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to support demand generation across the India market. The role involves prospecting, outreach, qualification, pipeline creation, and tight alignment with the India Sales Leaders. The candidate must be highly disciplined, metrics-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Run structured outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calling) to generate SUS/MQL leads for India geography.
  • Qualify inbound leads using BANT/CHAMP frameworks.
  • Book discovery calls and hand over qualified leads to Sales within defined SLAs.

Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate lead status, notes, and activities in Zoho CRM.
  • Track weekly and monthly KPIs outreach volume, conversion %, SQL handover, and opportunity influence.

Market Mapping

  • Build and update account lists, contact databases, and persona mapping for key industries (BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Govt/PSU, etc.).
  • Conduct research on target accounts, competitors, and industry trends.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with India Sales Leadership to plan outreach themes aligned with regional priorities.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns, webinars, and GTM initiatives.

Performance Reporting

  • Publish weekly outreach dashboards, funnel metrics, and conversion analysis.
  • Participate in monthly business reviews (MBRs) with clear insights and next steps.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 13 years of Inside Sales / Outbound SDR experience in B2B IT services or SaaS.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM (Zoho preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High ownership, discipline, and ability to meet monthly targets.
