Job Title: Customer Support Executive Voice Process
Work Days: 6 Days Working
Shifts: Rotational Shifts (Day/Night)
Transport: One-way cab provided for odd hours
Education: Graduation Mandatory (Any stream)
Role Summary:
Handle customer calls (voice) to resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will respond to inbound calls and support customers on service issues or product information.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer & manage customer voice calls professionally.
Resolve customer issues and give accurate information.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Bengali)
Salary (In-Hand):
15,000 18,000 per month
