Job Description:

IntouchCX is hiring experienced candidates for the International Voice Process role. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals who can deliver excellent support to international customers through voice interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Follow company processes and maintain call quality standards
