Job Description
Core Skills
Key Responsibilities:

Design realistic workload models aligned with Mutual Fund business scenarios
-
Lead performance test planning and execution:
-
Baseline, load, stress, spike, soak tests
-
Batch and EOD performance tests
-

Develop and maintain performance scripts for:
-
UI and API layers
-
Batch jobs and schedulers
-
-
Coordinate with developers, DBAs, and infra teams for issue resolution
-
Analyse test results and identify performance bottlenecks
-
Prepare clear and actionable performance reports
-
Ensure performance test readiness and sign-off for releases
-
Key Skills:
-
Strong hands-on experience with JMeter / LoadRunner / k6
-
Expertise in web, API and Database performance testing
-
Good understanding of batch processing and job scheduling
-
Solid database performance knowledge (SQL, indexing, execution plans)
-
Experience in Mutual Fund / BFSI platforms preferred
