Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage ESIC-related documentation and compliance.
- Ensure timely enrollment and support employees with ESIC-related queries.
- Support in resolving employee concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Maintain records and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support in execution of employee rewards and recognition initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify deserving employees and teams.
- Monitor program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Provide ongoing support in maintaining and optimizing the MIS across various functions, including generating insightful reports and analytics as needed.
- Assist in implementing and reviewing PMS policies.
- Provide support in goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
- Ensure alignment of PMS practices with organizational objectives.
Additional Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or a related domain.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with HRMS tools.
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations, particularly ESIC.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills for MIS and PMS activities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
